Hyde Park - Hyde Park Avenue Commercial: With 8,393 SF of retail space and a prime location on Cleary Square, the asset was acquired at below replacement value and repositioned with façade improvements. The property currently boasts a US Post Office, a Subway Sandwich Shop, and Minuteman Press franchise.

 

Dorchester - Dorchester Avenue Commercial: In the strong retail corridor of Dorchester Ave in Lower Mills, this asset responded well to repositioning thorough façade improvements and has achieved 100% leasing for over a decade with long-term tenants.
